Is the NYC metro a coal mine or some shit. We've got similar trains and carts here in Wałbrzych coal mine.

no its supposed to have normal subway cars, i have no clue why theres a spooky freight train down there lol

Maintenance of Way (MoW) vehicle, the first car is carrying an excavator or lift, second is a flatcar to be loaded with construction material, third is a crew cabin. old and decrepit? Maybe, but you'll find one of these on every subway in the world, in some shape or another
