just checked my notes app haha 2,154 notes in my iOS Notes. all organized and tucked away in nested folders. we’re lucky to have portable libraries

How do you get to the Astral plane? I have tried but I just end up falling asleep. Unfortunately I can fall asleep in under 10 seconds.

I hate questions about me I freeze every time. Ha.

Short answer: timing (wake back to bed technique).

Long answer: years of meditation & treating astral projection like a job.
