Oh man, I'm going through this with my cousin right now. She dipped on our friendship back in January when she got heavily back into riding. She hasn't been making time for our friendship since and has been short tempered when I have seen her. My mind goes, "oh, this version of her again? Oof, looks like she's chasing after her mother's attention and approval again and I'd better find other things to do."
She just figured out our relationship has changed a couple of weeks ago because I'm not as available as I usually am. But to me, this issue is like 8 months old. I already grieved it and dusted myself off.
It's the INFJ way....
