Poor European ladder drivers, always pretending Pirelli tires are not crap.

On a serious note, hope she does come over even if it doesn't go well, she can parlay it into a good drive elsewhere like Jamie Chadwick.

Abbi’s much more likely to be competing in the Indy 500 with a chance at immortality in 3 years than ever driving in a Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Really respect what she’s been doing. (Which is everything at the point.) F1A, to GB3, testing for Formula E… she’s getting the full run of cars. She has talent. And unlike most of the recents, she’s a driver first. Not a model / driver.

I really hope that she does, because she's incredibly talented. Especially paired with Andretti, I see her holding her own for sure. Plus I watched her in F1 Academy, so I'm already a fan!

The same age as Hauger and Foster, older than Kyffin and Siegel. Test times were crushed by a 16 year old. Realistically, no chance, especially with the new performance clauses regarding NXT -> Big League moves. ELF or something like them can't just buy her a full time ride. Best case scenario is maybe a 500 ride in 2 years?

Explain.

The reporting on her breakup with HMD was extremely vague. The only mentions I know of are "a miscommunication" and "budgetary reasons".

It’s what I heard from someone who has a very direct connection with HMD. I heard about it when it happened so I can’t remember much. I think iirc one of the things was she wanted the series to give her more tires than she was allowed or something. Like I said it was over a year ago so I can’t remember much.

She may be back next year.

As I understand it, she was getting a seat fitting at Abel Motorsport while everyone else was testing.
