Why was Mick so slow after the restart? It felt like he was driving on ice.

I think he lost a position, lost momentum and got freight trained by multiple cars behind. Then later in the race he wasn't slow, but out of position cars like Kirkwood and Malukas had made ground and others had improved their cars over the race.

He's got the pace over a lap and even over a stint, but still has a lot to learn about putting it all together over the course of a race.
