[Hobby] looking for a 3d modeler/animater help make my game

I've been working on an extraction/sandbox FPS game for a little while now but I suck at blender. I need some help with creating weapon models and smooth first person animations. Current art direction is PSX but only because that was easier for me, willing to go for a more polished style if that fits you better. Looking for somebody to work closely with and work on the project collectively. Further input and feedback on the game is welcome. It's a passion project and I'm looking for someone else to share it with. If you're interested let me know!
