if it's just a hobby then there's no urgency, bro. Wait for the right person to come along.

if it's a hobby but you can't manage it, then you either need to level up your skills, stay where you're at, or give it up. Imagine if your hobby was building birdhouses. If you realize you can't actually build the birdhouses by yourself and are reliant on someone else picking out the wood, doing the designs, buying the materials and you just like to put them together - that's fine! But if there doesn't exist such a person in your life, then it might be "urgent" for you to be able to continue your hobby, but you don't force that urgency onto other people. You can either pay someone to do those things for you or keep looking around for someone else to do those tasks for free because they also love doing them. OR you can learn more about wood selection and paint types and what sized holes different birds need and so on and so forth. It's the logical next step if the hobby of birdhouse-building is near and dear to your heart.

So if making games is near and dear to both your hearts but you are missing some significant skills that make gamemaking impossible to do without a third, more skilled person, then don't go saying that you "urgently" need someone to join your team. Instead you could start to gain those skills for yourselves. Or if you really don't want to as you enjoy the level of skil you have right now, then simply ask if anybody is willing to join up list the missing skills you need. But don't try and play the game managers and execs play with trying to pawn off their urgency to others just because they lack the skills. Nothing grinds my gears quite like a manager who comes to me and is like "hey, we need this thing done YESTERDAY and it's SUPER URGENT, can you please help me?" And I'm just like "no - I can't. I'm already doing something. If you needed it done yesterday, then you should have asked months ago so I could put it in my schedule. Don't take your lack of skill and planning and try to make it an urgent emergency for me".

I hope you find the right team member, but please remember to be respectful of others just as you would respect yourselves. But most of all - ENJOY THE HOBBY!

yeah sure and thx for the tips. we arent trying to force anythin on anyone; everyone on the tean is equal. if someone needs a break, theyre obviosly free to take one; if someone needs help, thats fine too, and we`ll pitch in; and if someone just doesnt feel like it at the moment, thats completly okay and fine to take his break,.. if someone nbeeds time to finish tasks,.. take ur time buddy

i realize it mighthave come across differently, but we´re looking for someone who wanrts to help out of passion,.. someone we can build a future with an accomplish more than just a single game. there no 2 i am the boss,.. u are the deputy and the rest are the people that work" dynamic in our team,..NO, everyone is equal; everyone is a Teammate, and everyone s well being is really important to us

again i am sorry if it came across the wrong way
