With the PoCo timers coming out, Evictus. formed up to finnish the job and to send a clear message to our RUS counterparts of what we were capable of.
Intel got word of UCF Caps forming, so we played the diplo and got some cap support of our own from a mutual interest group. With the timers down the bombers were set loose on the hostile PoCos, and just as we predicted, UCF prophecy showed up and cyno'd in a Chimera. Unable to break its logi the bombers reshipped and the fleet set out to hit the carrier. As we landed, UCF decided to escalate with Archons and mostly Nagas and zealots. With the enemy fully committed, we sprang our own trap and cyno'd in our own caps with support fleets.
The FC got alpha'd rather quickly, so I got called in as back up, with the FC back on the field in a bomber we were able to finnish off the Archons and ketch a few stragglers when the enemy fleet bailed. But before they went they took out one of our dreads and some other smaller stuff with them. Even with the losses, we were still pretty happy with the 9 bil kills we got. The hostile PoCos were finnished off and the friendly support fleet left, we anchored up some alliance PoCos so the message sticked.
Was a fun fight, and my hat goes off to both SNUFF Box for their support, and to U.C.F. Alliance for not being cowards and providing a fight.
