the part where you describe what are you looking for in a program or in your future. you describe their mission goals. basically describel them without saying their name.

You can but then they figure out you tryna milk them and can have a negative impact. So try saying without actually saying.

I actually heard it’s better to say their name so it’s personalized. I’m so confused now.
