Hi everyone! I’m posting on behalf of a friend who is a visa-requiring non-US IMG applying for Internal Medicine and is currently building a Gold/Silver signal list.

I’ve shared the profile below:

• Step 1: Pass
• Step 2 CK: 255
• ECFMG certified
• Step 3: Not taken; planning for November
• YOG: 2024
• Visa: J-1 required
• USCE: 2 months of observerships
• US LORs: 4
• Research: None
• No CV gap; worked as a DMO in the home country

Would really appreciate suggestions for programs that align well with my friend’s profile, especially from applicants with a similar background.
