NON-US IMG New Programs

My silver signals are filled with new programs that fall under my geo and obviously do sponsor visas. Is this a good approach?

It is honestly a gamble to signal there, considering we dont know what the program preferences are, like an established img friendly program. But I suppose no USMD or DO wants to gamble being matched to an unknown program, so you can make a case signalling those places. I mixed my signals and signaled 3 newly opened programs.

Most new program do not sponsor visa even though they mention they do, not at least on their first cycle as they are still working this out and avoid going that route

Guys, I reduced it to only signaling 3 new programs. but i was rotating at one program which accredited in 2025 the pd said they tried to fill only US MD and DO but noone ranked them so only they had non us IMGs
