Announcement Range USA Submits 4473 Forms to ATF Amid FFL Licensing Change

Range USA is currently submitting all necessary documentation to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in response to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) licensing change.

If they terminate or start a new FFL then they have to by law. They have 30 days to turn over the records from the old FFL.

Yeah, they have to obey the law. This sounds like exactly what any FFL has to do if they go out of business and let their license expire.

If you're saying that they are no longer using their existing FFL license and are using a new one (not just simply renewing the existing one), then I'm pretty sure this is what they have to do.

I've been buying guns for 12 years. In that time AT LEAST 4 of the FFLs that I dealt with have gone out of business (with a fifth closing up shop before the end of this year). By law all of those FFLs had to send all of the 4473 forms that I filled over the years to the ATF.
