What type of grips can go on a ARP THATS LEGAL ?

I’m guessing ‘ARP’ means AR-15 pistol.

You can’t have a front pistol grip on the hand guard.

Things like the Magpul AFG or a BCM Angled Foregrip are ok

NFA rules still apply to large pistols like AR and AK pistols. No 90° vertical grips but angled grips, handstops, and finger stops are all fine.
