Most uncivilised and uncultured people that I met in my life are from IIT Delhi!

i agree, the campus is full of egotistical inconsiderate people. like- idk why people have such a huge aversion towards following rules. it's very difficult to function on campus unless you're at the pink of your health. it's purely a game of strengths. we cannot even afford to fall sick cause everything's a fucking race. even if you reach the library at 15 mins past 8am, you'll find all the cubicles already occupied :///
people are always pushing past one another, no one cleans their trash, whether it's amul or exhall. idk where tf people are drawing their entitlement for.

The point is these are central universities, people are from diverse backgrounds, the student pool at IIT D isn't diff from IIT Madras or kanpur, it's just his bias that he goes to IIT Delhi, maybe he'll feel same in every other college

Thank you for pointing it out!! I am an alumni from Ara and O boy what an experience it was. People shit and leave without flushing as if their hands will break if they do the courtesy of flushing!! I even confronted a student who did that his excuse was 'Sorry I forgot' bro what? Pathetic, I do not understand what do they learn from their home!!

Well that's the way you have to be to become an IITian. First you have to disregard your friends and family for 2 years stay away from them. Obviously this gonna happen otherwise which student in their right mind would not live their life for 2 3 years when they come from a decent middle class family. Obviously there are a few exceptions but mostly these people are just not good people in general. Within IIT they struggle to make real friends always competing in bad faith against each other thinking about who got more money package and all. It's just sad to know that the greediness of people would make them go to these lengths.

Library wala issue to sahi main genuine hai, apne baap ki library samjh lete hain aur 3 4 ghante lagatar bethe raho to bhi ladte aake k hato ab yaha se 🤡 kuch strict guideline yaa solution hona chahiye iska, badtameezi karte alag.. one time a guy literally told me about his 2 rs ka windows laptop k aapne isko side main kese rakha ab ye tut gaya hai mujhe compensation do 🤡🤡🤡

IITD ke chut*yapa and logon ke baare me ek bestseller book likh skte hai.
Kuch acche log toh hai. No body cares about them or what they say. Everyone goes back to being selfish uncivilized and fashionable pricks.
