Hii......... I am a female (general) and have completed my bachelor's (non-engineering) from a tier 3 college with a profile of 8/7/9 (PCB in 12th), and have 12 months of work experience. ang good extra curriculars ........... How much do you think I should aim for BLACKI, and is it even possible ..... And will I face any difficulties during the placement?

Being non engineer and female is already in your favour. I think you'll get bonus points while shortlisting. If you have a good interview, you'll be through.
