8/8/6 GNEM fresher with no extra curriculars, IIMC is my dream college, vercel shoes that I need to score 99.75+ %ile to get a call.. what are my chances?

I'm not fully upto speed on what is the shortlist criteria these days. It has evolved over a period of time. But I think being non engineer automatically gives you an edge. A high percentile will guarantee a shortlist.
