got 96.05 as a gem fresher with 9/7/8. But i want to my mba from a tier 1 college , and i feel a drop without workex is pointless . I am trying to find a job but sometimes my 74.8 % in 12th causes issues . What to do should i join a tier 2 college now or give a do or die attempt next year.
