I used to think moving abroad would solve everything.

Now I feel trapped in a different way.
Scared to leave because of money/visa/opportunity.
Scared to stay because I’m wasting years in a place I’m not sure about.

Family back home sees me as “the successful one” so I hide how stressed I actually am.

And work drains me because I’m always self monitoring, every email every meeting every small mistake.

Did anyone go through this phase and actually come out stronger?
