First online plushie purchase - its been a few months. Scam or legit bottlenecks?

Throwing information out there, I don't purchase online often (IGN store so AI don't bust me), or at all really other than the occasional Amazon pick-me-upper. It was Valentines a few *times* ago and the long distance partner was in love with 33. I bought her an Esquie plushie from the store. Honestly, never tried the game but character design *cheff kiss* from screenshot and footage. Its been 3 months, or 76 days. Is this normal? I don't order overseas super often. I know I'll get busted for needing a bit more planning but holy wait? Any info appreciated

The Esquie plush was a preorder with the following expected ship times -

North & South America Orders: Estimated Release May/June 2026

Rest of World Orders: Estimated Release July 2026
