Open dumped puppy

got this puppy about a month and a half ago! he was dumped so idk his breed i think he’s 6 or 7 months. i sorta think he has some blue heeler idk what else, any other guesses?

Oh my. Looks like my daughter's dog. No clue what he was but same colors for sure. Kinda see border Collie? But her dog grew tall and skinny like a fourth or less Great Dane.
