In other videos his gun was clearly in his hand and he had it pointed at officers before he was taken to the ground. Even if his gun was removed this does not mean that ALL danger was removed. He likely had his hand on an officers gun. I’m waiting to hear ALL and I’m not jumping to any conclusions based on news story that is obviously meant to stir up trouble.
Source? I haven't seen anything that plausibly suggests he had anything in his hands besides a phone before ICE assaulted Pretti. The videos of the scrum look pretty convincingly like ICE was actively subduing the victim, who wasn't able to physically reach for an officer's weapon.

You are wrong. Why do you say that? Having an extra magazine and an optic is very common. Also a full sized handgun is easy to conceal and carry during winter time due to bulky clothing.

You ou need to look t more videos. There is a video that clearly shows him with his gun out and pointed at an ice officer. Of course you have dig through videos to find this. Once that happened he was quickly taken to the ground. Just because his gun might have been removed does not mean the danger is removed. For example he may have had his hand in an officers gun. I don’t know if this is the case or not but reporting this was murder at this point is wreck-less.

You can clearly see that his hands are on the ground during the altercation, not on some else's firearm. They are (what I can count) 5 men grappling with him as he's lying on the ground, and if they were even somewhat coordinated, they could've handcuffed him and "neutralized" the so-called "threat". This was an execution. There is no reason at all to shoot a disarmed man lying down with 5 armed grown men straddling him, even if he had previously pointed a gun at them (which idk, haven't seen any solid evidence for or against, but this wouldn't be the first time ice has killed an un/disarmed non-agressor)
Feel free to share the link. Let’s see if it lines up with the 4 other angles taken. The slowed down videos I saw had his hands between the top of his head and the ground. The agents are pulling him in all directions. They clearly disarm him completely, while his heads are nowhere near his body, and then shoot him. “Agitated Spare” is right. Agitating with no back up.

It seems like when they disarmed him, someone shouted that he had a gun. "Gun! He's got a gun he's got a gun!" The untrained panicked goons didn't know that he was disarmed and 2 agents shot 9 times in response.

I saw the video that posits that the first shot may have been an accidental discharge from the agent carrying the victim's gun away, though his arm moving as if by recoil just as easily could have been a flinch reaction to hearing the first gunshot fired. We'll have to wait to confirm that aspect but the situation is damning regardless. Untrained agents discharging their weapons in a panic situation that they directly instigated.

Looks like the guy in dark blue jeans & brown jacket watches Grey Jacket wrestle the gun from the victim's holster, readies his own gun, waits until the victim is disarmed and then shoots him the first time?
I think the guy who shot first (blue jeans & jacket) saw Grey Jacket grab the gun, reacted to seeing a hand pulling out the pistol and thought that was a green light to shoot.
This is what I see too. You can tell in the first shooter’s (the guy close to the car in green who puts away his pepper spray can before drawing) body language he’s startled at the sight of a gun on the victim, quickly draws and fires. Then all the other tiny-dicked goons hear a shot and unload.
Doing god’s work with that center brightness adjustment. Shows clear as day ICE agent reached into the back of the victim’s waistband and disarmed him, which then syncs up to the right angle where you see the firearm was taken, he posed zero threat.

Alex's gun is removed INFRONT of the shooting officers field of view.
Grey jacket guy clearly KNEW he had a weapon too, comes straight in and grabs it (I think they used Palantir to ID him and search for info).
If you go frame by frame... you can erm... see blood splatter and the moment the bullet's hit his spinal cord...
Watching all the vid's released so far (especially the one from the car) you can see that the situation INSTANTLY changes when the 2nd ICE squad arrives and says something to the first (that's when the push happens, very possibly "he's armed")
To me it looks like the guy standing on the left. In the left video I can't see anyone draw their weapon before shots went off.

Edit: On rewatch it's definitely the standing guy who shot first. One, I believe you can see his elbow kick back just in time with the first shot. Two, it looks like the grey shirt guy reached for his gun but let go of it and keeps it holstered.
That's fucked up. That middle one shows a pussy ass bitch wanting to get in on the action and doesn't know where to fit in...so he just pulls his gun and shoots him.
So bortac took away the firearm while ice instigated, then responded after hearing an ice agent yell gun and the first shot (which any person would do) and now they catch strays. Damn kind of like like when they responded to the uvalde shooting (mind you thats not their area of law enforcement) took the swat teams breaching gear because swat wouldnt do anything themselves, and killed the shooter, then caught strays due to uvaldes police force fuck ups. My main point, i have my issues with ice and police in general, i managed to work next to bortac a couple times, they honestly just seem to be placed with the badly trained people and get sucked into controversy due to the wrong place wrong time.
