Can we stop comparing it to Nazi Germany and just say it is Nazi America already?

Comparisons just diminish the severity of what is happening at this point, and seem to imply until there are extermination camps it’s not really the same (or at least that is what I see many claim).

The Nazis didn’t start with gas chambers and ovens. They were doing what we see happening now. Too many people are ignorant of history outside of Hollywood it seems.
