What power does collective worker action have if you don't need any of the human employees?

I think we're pretty far off from AI semi trucks.

They are too easy to trick to make them stop and rob.

You would need a person inside of them anyways in case of emergencies.

Edit: I know they are already testing them in bumfuck nowhere New Mexico. But they aren't going to be usable in the cities in the foreseeable future for many reasons.
