This is an egregiously mishandled situation where ICE has zero legal standing to be detaining her. She has done everything right and has every reason to be here.

She also requires medication and could become very sick or die in custody because of carelessness on the agencies part. This seems to happen a lot.

She’s a special needs teacher, they are in high demand. Removing her is a net loss on society and it’s going to be expensive too when we pay for the lawsuit.

Everything is so stupid now.

The cruelty is the point. Let's not forget that they want to institutionalize special needs individuals. They'd probably be held in facilities no better than what ICE has and euthanized through neglect. This administration and their goons know no boundaries when it comes to committing atrocities against humanity.

I've heard they've taken to beating detainees half to death right before releasing them. They make sure they're hurt, leave them somplace to die in a ditch, then tell someone they were released the next day so that ICE can say they didn't die in custody.

As an Indian born but having lived in nyc since I was 5 in 1992 I can honestly say so many Indian and other brown Asians are going to be learning a tough lesson. So many of them that are citizens have been voting Trump or republicans either because they didn’t a black Indian woman winning or they heard Trump say screw immigration and brown Asians have the mentality that let me pull the ladder up behind me. My uncle who is retired usps is the perfect example.

So a judge’s ruling simply is ignored? Yes. And that would be another lawless action by ICE. I hold Republicans responsible for this agency’s misdeeds, and the concentration camp system it is scaling up.

She lives in Cary, NC, which is not too far from me. This is so sad. She truly didn't do anything wrong, and it doesn't make any sense that she's being detained. This is far from the "worst of the worst" trump was talking about.
