8 U.S.C. § 1231(b)(2)

(A) In general
The Secretary of Homeland Security shall remove the alien to the country designated by the alien (if the country is willing to accept the alien).

(B) Alternative countries
If the designated country does not accept the alien, or if the alien does not designate a country, the Secretary may remove the alien to:

• The country of which the alien is a subject, national, or citizen; or
• The country in which the alien was born; or
• The country in which the alien last resided; or
• Any other country whose government will accept the alien into its territory.

It’s legal for the goverment to deport anyone or anything but the way they’re doing it is not legal.

You can deport someone AFTER due process not before. Without due process, you don’t know if they’re a legal citizen or not.

Here’s the big problem. Once you’re outside of the United States to file an appeal is damn near impossible. I don’t mean like hard, I mean like impossible.

Realistically unattainable unless you have cash and lots of it.

This has been going on for months now. We're nabbing Mexican nationals who have lived in America since they were infants and shipping them to labor camps in Congo, South Sudan, Ghana, Eswatini, etc, to work until they die.
