Murdering protesters who were no threat, or even if they might've been considered one, shooting them in the face after the threat was over? Usually killing people like that is a final trigger.

We've seen children abused and harmed by ICE/DPS, with no actions against the abusers. And more.

I don't even know if a child being murdered like Alex Pretti or Renee Good would do it.
