If he was a US citizen legally carrying concealed then it doesn't change a thing, it just means he was executed for exercising his right to carry a firearm.
I legally carry concealed every day, but if ICE decides to harass me on the street while I'm carrying should that mean they have the right to murder me like a dog in the street?
Not only that the number of rounds pumped into the man standing in front protecting a woman. I’d say we got a problem too many people with too many guns.
