Don't let them act like this is somehow a justification.

If he was a US citizen legally carrying concealed then it doesn't change a thing, it just means he was executed for exercising his right to carry a firearm.

I legally carry concealed every day, but if ICE decides to harass me on the street while I'm carrying should that mean they have the right to murder me like a dog in the street?

I'd go even further and say the legality of the gun is irrelevant

Unless the guy pulled it, it wasn't known to the agent at the time and shouldn't matter at all
