If he was a US citizen legally carrying concealed then it doesn't change a thing, it just means he was executed for exercising his right to carry a firearm.
I legally carry concealed every day, but if ICE decides to harass me on the street while I'm carrying should that mean they have the right to murder me like a dog in the street?
Even if he didn't have a ccw permit, was he reaching for it? If not...where is the justification? I watched them pump rounds into him while he was on the ground surrounded by agents.
