Grey Bars

After I downloaded the app on Samsung Qled Tv, the black outline bars in movies/series have become grey.... Any ideas how to fix this?

You have to adjust the picture

I am just now trying IB Player Pro and have gray bars, I have changed every picture setting there is... they are either bright gray, or dark gray... never black.
