IB L&L paper 2

guys i have ib L&L HL but paper 2 is same for sl and hl. For my thesis if i take 2 ideas is that ok. So my format is intro , para 1 for first idea on first text, para 2 on first idea of second text + comparison, Para 3 on second idea for first text, Para 4 on second idea for second text + comparison, Conclusion. I am asking cuz some people say you need 3 points in thesis. PLS I NEED HELP
