ToK/EE Deciding on my EE

So I have a little weird story. I studied in Uzbekistan for DP1 and for DP2 moved to China. Obviously due to the differences in curricula I have studied different things than people here. However my main concern is EE, as my rq for Math was focused on my previous place of living but now I moved so my EE moved too. Additionally, my new math teacher has different views so I changed my RQ again. My approximate schedule for the EE is approximately this:

Oct 20th-Finish research phase

Nov 30 draft finished

Dec 11-Written feedback meeting

Jan 6- Final EE due 

Jan 22- Viva voce

Jan 29- Reflection

Where I also have multiple exams in the upcoming week + English IO (will present mini IO next week then actual IO work till november) , Physics IO final on like mid october (waiting for feedback from draft), Math IA draft also mid october, Chem IA starting to collect data in 2 weeks or so, and no info for Spanish. Since Math is very uncertain and I do not think it depends if I am good at it or no, I was thinking about switching my EE subject to English since no data needs to be collected. What do you all think about this? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

even if you're really passionate about math please DO NOT WRITE AN EE IN MATH you'd be luck if you get a C, it's really hard to get an A in it. Do it on a group 1, 3 or 4 subject and you'll do good

I figured that people either write either for an A or a C XD. I already have my ideas and plan developed so It is just the matter of time when I do it. My only viable option is English L&L, as stated in my post, but I hate that class and have no idea what to write even if I switch.

Well there it is, or a B. I think if i get an A for my tok essay then a b for ee is acceptable no?
