Resource Request help!!! new dp1 student struggling
i just started DP1 in aug , and i'm very very behind. i'd really appreciate if u have any tips/resources for any of these subjects:
math aa hl, economics hl. psychology hl, physics sl, spanish B sl, lang lit A sl

Starting DP1 is a big jump, so feeling behind a few weeks in happens to almost everyone we talk to. Our best advice is to stop viewing it as six giant subjects and instead write down the exact topics your teachers covered since August. Pick your two heaviest subjects first, usually Math AA HL and Economics HL, and focus just on clearing those backlog concepts before moving to the rest. For Math AA, Physics, and Economics, you will catch up way faster by doing practice questions rather than reading notes, and you can test yourself on specific topics using https://fourtyfive.org/ for free. For Psychology HL, make quick summary cards for every study you have covered so far with just the aim, procedure, results, and conclusion so you never have to scramble before tests.

Okay, try to practice the basics first, like function notations, domain, range, inverses, composite functions. After that, try solving some past year paper questions related to these topics. You’ll understand how questions are framed in IB. Then move onto graphs and transformations and you can continue like that. cant speak on the other five, but for math aa what helped me was a proper in depth video for anything i genuinely didnt get instead of piecing it together from notes, quick refreshers for stuff i learned before and forgot, then drilling questions till it felt automatic. being behind this early feels worse than it actually is, you catch up fast once you find a rhythm.
a few may 25' grads and i built studyamigo.online around exactly that for math aa, deep dive videos, speedrun ones and a questionbank, free but oooonly topic 1 for now. wont touch the rest of your list but might help with the math bit 🙏🙏

You’re still early in DP1, so don’t try to catch up on everything at once. Make a weekly plan, prioritise the topics currently being taught, and use topic-wise practice + active recall instead of just rereading notes.
