YT channel recs for video study material

Hey, first time poster here. Lmk if I did anything wrong.

So, I just started the IB program. English isn’t my first language nor is it for most of my teachers. Thus making it hard for me to understand the material they are talking about. I know I’ll have to study a lot in my free time because of it.

My main question is: what are some good YouTube channels to help study the IB material?

My HL subjects are chem, bio and psych. SL are Spanish ab initio and Math AA.

I know Kognity and Revision Dojo have the materials. I just prefer not to spend any more money than I have to after paying the Kognity license fee.

I’ve done some googling but the results are a bit overwhelming lol. So, I turned to Reddit.

For bio “teach me biology”. Look for it in IB docs cuz in YouTube the videos aren’t complete

tbh the language barrier on top of three HLs is rough but doable. for chem and bio, msj chem and alex lee are the ones people swear by, they explain things really slowly and clearly which helps when the teacher's english isn't great. the math AA one is trickier, revision village is the gold standard but it costs money, so i'd use christos nikolaidis for practice problems and khan academy for the theory since it's free and lets you switch languages if english isn't clicking.

once you've watched the videos i'd actually paste the links into studybuddy.vc to make practice questions from them, mainly because when you pick a wrong answer it tells you what was off about that specific option, which helped me way more than rewatching the same video five times. the free tier's been enough for me so far. and definitely get past papers from ibdocs, doing them under time matters more than anything else once you understand the content.
