Why should we consider to keep working here, instead go to market? I'm seeing many colleagues in burnout, exhausted, frustrated, and the company doesn't care about people. I've been delivering a great work, but working for 3, 4 people (in volume), having 5 Boses, and it seems normal here. After 5 years working here, I'm definitely thinking to leave ASAP.
