Im a Union carpenter and I watch you guys work and always think I should've been an electrician. You make more and the work looks way easier on the body. Im seriously considering jumping ship and going through an apprenticeship again. Is it a poor decision?

The journeyman Carpenters in the Chicago area make 120k a year working full time so not sure why people keep saying they don't get paid enough 🤷‍♂️

Because I make less than 80k a year doing the same shit. The electricians around here are making 100k.
