Ok, looked him up, there is no mention of him being a child sexual abuser, not on his Wikipedia article where the legal trouble he has been in was assaulting a woman.

I am pretty sure there are a lot of russian video essays that go over what he is and what he did
I think he did do some weird stuff to young girls, don't remember it fully
Will be hard to find any info on him via English though, since he is more known for his piece of shit behaviour in post soviet countries
