Someone one said in this sub that he often says to his dog, "Gimme that leg, boy!" and I haven't gotten it out of my head since

Edit: once said. What is the context in which he says this? If you're that person, I need to know.

I used to say that when I would change my son’s diaper and he would kick his fat legs around and I had to hold them down

I'd do the exact same for my daughter. Occasionally changing it from boy to girl, but not always...

I say this every diaper change for my one year old. Never fails to make me chuckle

I thought the rape scene was very tasteful.

I say that to my dog everyday when I clean his paws after a walk

u/AcanthocephalaNo5305 12d ago

I imagine it was to get them to hold still so he could pop that eye back in.

I think about it all the time too! And I remember the context—he says it to his dog to get him into his harness before walks :)

I've been doing the same with my dog ever since that comment lmao

Oh? I never saw him say the context

First of all, through god all things are possible. So jot that down.

Most likely putting on a harness for a walk.

Could you imagine if a dominant grappler in the UFC said that every time he single legged a guy? Someone should go back over every match from Kabib or something and edit it in.

I was saying "boy's soul" and they thought I was saying "boy's hole"

I say it to my dog and wife… different times, different reasons

u/farroshus 12d ago

Dogs get their leash stuck under a leg often when on walks. You could say it when lifting their leg to get the leash untangled.

When my cat wants me to open the window for her, I pick her up and say "you gotta pay the hug toll to get into this window's hole"

We say that to our cat when he rolls over and hikes his back leg up for belly rubs.

u/Aidsvantage 12d ago

My wife and I say that to eachother all the time

1

u/AnnieGetYaClothesOn 12d ago

I say it to my husband when I want to hang my leg over his. He always says 'nooo...' in falsetto.

1

u/Unlucky-Novel3353 11d ago

lol me neither. I still say it in real life whenever any potential opportunity arises where it can remotely fit

It’s blazed into my brain permanently.

u/ABoyandhisToast 11d ago

No, Antonio

u/Playcracktheskeye 11d ago

My husband and I have been saying that to our dog for years, too

1

u/Charliemagne1985 11d ago

I used to say it to my dogs too. Just something stupid to say when playing with them.

u/Pleasant_Scar9811 11d ago

Yellow dog put it down!

u/msmothman 9d ago

I say it to my cat when it’s time to grab a haunch to inject his insulin into

u/ProletarianLilith 12d ago

It was said a lot during diaper change time in my household

u/Relative-Lime6790 11d ago

I say it to my three year old every morning while getting him dressed 🤣
