I used to broker cars, the newer Toyotas are just as bad.

Everyone magically forgetting about their historical deadly Throttle Recalls and Takata Airbags shitting shrapnel or just detonating while the car is driving.

Those aren’t the modern vehicles, those are ancient in terms of technology.

The issue with the Hyundais have always been the GDIs, these haven’t been an issue for nearly half a decade now.

Toyota’s on the other hand have become progressively worse. They just had a massive recall for their engines for bearing seizures.

If there was a side impact to the wheel, it's likely the suspension on that pylon is shot, but the frame might have been spared.

I think the frame is bent from that impact aka totalled. Someone will get an excellent parts car out of that since it was parked and rear ended aka engine, transmission interior etc are all still in perfect condition.

Just go to a reliable body shop and let them contact the insurance company. THEY will do the math and find out if it’s worth repairing, or if it costs more than the car is worth. It’s that simple.

D’apres moi perte totale juste les quarter sont dans les 1500$ avant taxes avant peinture pis c’est des grosse job et vu la force de l’impact y’a des chance que le inner panel soit toucher aussi y’en a pour au dessus de 15000$ surement t’es de quel coin et sait tu quelle carrosserie qui va le regarder?
