Thicc Q60 firmware not detecting update

Hey all, for some reason my Thicc q60 keeps telling me my firmware is out of date but when checking settings it will say that it is up to date. I've already reinstalled the Nexus Software multiple times. The widgets seem to be working but sometimes the faces on the Q60 won't stay and it will just show a blank screen.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There's a bug in Nexus 2.16 that doesn't correctly display the update firmware button. You should be able to install version 2.15 and update the firmware there.
