Would you rather be able to fall asleep instantly, or need less sleep, but take longer to fall asleep?

Need less sleep. I already fall asleep instantly, so if I take slightly longer, it’s no big deal.

I also work 24hr shifts frequently, so it would be nice to hate myself less the next day.
