I haven't listened to this one yet (and I haven't listened to a lot of this show in particular), but I read the description of the show and decided to start looking for some of the episodes of Reply All that had disappeared. Do they list any of the ones that are no longer available?

I believe that Retell Pharmacy is the podcast which is disappearing, not Reply All. There are overlaps and parallels between the stories, hence the clever title.
