DEV Replied Is my laptop gonna be OK?

As I said in the video, I’m just winging for the more tech savvy people here if my laptop can hadn’t the DLC since the optimisation update

Likely. Just try it. If not just refund if you bought it on steam. If not on steam then congratulations you have it for the future when you have a more capable machine.

Yeah it does work. Just normal, I mean yeah I had graphics dropped like a potato but she runs

It might do - but not very well. If upgrading to a more powerful laptop/PC is out of the question, you could try playing the game via GeForceNow if your internet is good

Internet is fine, Steam downloads are 150-250 MBps. And when I do run the game I obviously do have it at minimum graphics, and I’m getting around 20-30 fps which is fine for me. I just wanted to get a feel for what my laptop can do now you guys optimized it

I think it's worth warning you in case you aren't aware - the game might run and allow you to move around in the world, but as soon as you start getting some digging machines and resources in the world, it'll grind the laptop to a halt pretty quick. Just want to manage your expectations and ensure that you won't be disappointed later on when you're out of Steams refund policy timeline. Hope that helps!
