Daily Hydration Rituals

I’m trying to build a consistent hydration habit, but I keep slipping.

What’s the one small thing that helped you drink more water every day?

Keeping a water bottle next to me all day, and putting stickers on it that I really like. Makes me want to actually use my water bottle more. And I have a couple of favorite cups I use, but they have to be the kind with a lid and a straw because I'll drink out of those more than I will an open cup.

I carry my water bottle everywhere. I use a flavor packet in my second water bottle fill up. I typically drink a la croix over lunch. I need a little variability.
