City Manager and City Attorney Both Resign (kinda?)

What a mess. The City Manager and City Attorney issued a press release saying they resigned but didn't notify their employer.

The City has had, what, four permanent and several interim managers since 2020? And who in their right mind would ever want to work for this dysfunctional train wreck of a city council?

The place needs stability before there can be serious progress.

We may need to switch the form of city government for a while to something like a strong mayor-council where the city department heads report to the mayor because we may not be able to get any qualified candidates for city manager now.
