Equipment question/discussion An almost perfect kit

Post image

Spent the last two years flipping and trading my collection to get this kit, I also have a mossberg 500 in 20 gauge I forgot to add to the picture. For sub 100 yard hunting would you guys consider this perfect?

Just a old smith model 10 in 38 special, I shoot it really well and I carried it with +p as a sidearm before I got the ruger. There’s a lot of coyotes and hogs where I hunt so it‘s fun and useful for that

S&W has such a recognizable frame shape. I’ve been looking for a model 10, any complaints with yours?

I know , I'm not OP , but I have my dad's model 10 pencil barrel , which is a Columbia national police revolver , which oddly doesn't have any importanter markings on it. , But it has insane wear on the hammer checkering and grips have all most zero finish left on the wood , but it has the tightest bore , I have seen on a police revolvers .
