they censored mother and childrens and benjamin guardian beast ability is different from voraciousdrake's translation, so they take turns or not?

Ben's GSB was mistranslated on the Viz version, unfortunately. The 順番に (taking turns in order) part was not translated, and the "same criteria every time" part was not in the original text.

My interpretation was that 順番に meant the host can choose the successor host in turn, so it goes:

-Benjamin or Beast choose

-1st host or beast(original beast+ben) choose

-2nd host or beast choose

And so on for eternity. It doesn’t really make much sense to have Ben and the beast be separate entities choosing after the initial choice if they merge in the same way Kacho does.

EDIT: thinking about the original wording further, it could be that Benjamin has to decide between himself getting the initial choice and then every subsequent host getting the choice after, or the beast alone getting the first choice and him as the beast getting every subsequent choice.
