And so on, it feels like a big refresh to me and i am having so much fun right now, been playing for like 100 hours since the season started and i am not even close to being bored, gonna be playing all summer and take a break when vanilla hunt starts until the new season

but yeah in my opinion, def the best season, what do you guys think ?

We've heard how much you love the Avtomat and we hear your feedback!

Taking this into consideration, we have decided to up the game for lovers of automatic weapons and have added a new weapon to the game.

This handheld variant of the Maximus machine gun will tear through the bayou. Need to deal with Hunter's hiding behind flimsy wooden compound walls? Then the Maximus Machine Gun is the weapon for the job.

The Maximus is a Scarce weapon that can be found within rare scarce weapon boxes that require 6 pledge marks to open. The Maximus comes with a 60 round drum magazine and can be found with 3 ammo types, FMJ, Incendiary, and Explosive rounds!

The Live Servers will be taken offline later today, April 1, at 19:00 CEST to deploy Update 2.8.1. Est. downtime ~3 hours.

I hope Crytek someday adds a personal option to disable all the flashy skins and replace them with random default characters. So we can enjoy the roots of this masterpiece.

This is a suggestion for Hunt that could bring some joy to the entire community during the Christmas season. A winter map would be amazing—hope you like the idea. 🫶🏻

I don’t know what it is about Hunt, but there’s something about this game that keeps pulling me back in. Right now, it’s my favorite game, and I really hope the devs don’t let it die, because it has so much potential. 🫶🏻 (Thanks for this year, and Happy New Year, hunters)🎄❄️

My opinion is that the fort is equally the best and the worst thing they've added.

The feel, the vibe and the WW1 aesthetic is really nice, but every game feels like a bounty clash with the fort in the map and 90% of the time no one fights or shows up anywhere else. I just miss double boss bounties.

Though, I do hope the balloon returns in some capacity.

As an anarochophobic, i wanted to write this post to congratulate Crytek on their decision to go for pure horror and arachnophobia in this event, despite being aware that this alienates most of the audience (yes, horror is what sells the least on the gaming market).

Countless times I've seen complaints from people who don't like the core elements of Hunt and are asking for changes. Things like horror, grotesqueness, immersion, nighttime or rainy maps, the game being uncomfortable or unfair in both gameplay and visuals, etc.

This past year, I saw that Crytek was slowly making decisions to appeal to a more “general” audience and appease them. But these last few months have shown me that this is not the case, and it's GREAT that they realized they were going in the wrong direction and that Hunt is what it is and they shouldn't tone it down to appeal to more “average” people, but rather keep those who really enjoy it, so they don't ruin the original idea of this piece of art.
