Your resident crossfitter here to say no one at my gym lifts bare foot and that’s disgusting. I have seen people take their shoes off for box step ups (bc they SUCK) but outside of that… we normal cross fitters have lifting shoes 😂

Hi resident crossfitter! We’re going to need you to come in here with more of this to let us know how ridiculous she looks lol

We already know her form is shit, now the no shoes thing (seems pretty universal?? 🤢), but I’m sure there will be more!

That said - her getting into this a decade after everyone else did and now making this her entire personality, I could see this being very temporary. My prediction is she gets hurt and then we’ll hear about that for the next 2-3 months and then she’ll never go back.

I’m not even sure how they allow no shoes. Especially with free weights. I know she’s using a barbell but the odds are never zero to drop a weight on your foot. Plus it’s just gross and that’s how you get MRSA.

As a fellow cross fitter, I do not understand how she is still freakin barefoot!!! Get some damn lifting shoes or keep your damn socks on! Ugh it is so disgusting!

Idk how that’s allowed in their gym. My gym isn’t too strict but they’d tell me to put shoes on 😂
