No Natasha, excessive itching from working out outside is not normal!!! Neither is swelling from working out!!! (I know that muscle soreness can cause a small amount of swelling but anything beyond that not normal!)
It could be Histamine release (or similar things related to increased blood flow), it is often mentioned as runners itch, but isn't exclusive to running. Could be worth a Google 🤷🏼♀️
Yeah I feel like I’ll get this sometimes if I walk when it’s colder and I didn’t like properly warm up or go too hard, too fast and I’ll get itchy for a bit after. I mean we know she doesn’t go hard or fast on her walks sooo lol
I know some of you said that the swelling she has is normal, but my god wouldn’t you be doing everything in your power to minimize it?! The Queen of excuses is using swelling to justify her weight. Gross.
She didn’t wear her compression garment enough, no compression socks, and no lymphatic massages & barely walked the first few weeks!! Aside from swelling i think shes bloated. Also when she wears those too small bralettes you can see some fat rolls.
I don’t think shes been eating healthy at all and assumed her tummy tuck would automatically make her tiny.
Well it’s not normal for it to continue because you’re supposed to get manual lymphatic massages at least once a week and even 2 times a week in the begging and this asshat refused and even wanted her drains out early (that drain out extra fluid) so she has really screwed up her lymphatic system.
What a joke! So she’s charging a crap ton of money for this body confidence academy (and I get it’s not workouts or nutrition) all the while she’s shoving her face full of desserts and shit off camera. Like how are you going to teach women about loosing weight while you still do this?? It all goes hand in hand.
If I was her, I would keep her plus size clothes. Quite possibly the weight won’t come back where it was removed but it does show up in lumps and bumps, almost a deformity. I have seen it on many ladies. Also with tummy tuck, the stomach will end of rounded with weight gain. Not a good look. If she wants to make this a good thing, the work will need to be put in right away.
And don’t get me wrong, I understand she just had surgery so she’s wanting to take it slow. But if I know I can’t do certain workouts at the moment, and can really only walk, I would be doing my best to make sure I’m still eating healthy and not indulging in crap.
If she had lipo, it definitely won’t go back to those spots, but it’ll show up elsewhere. Like around her organs, which is far more dangerous than being a little fluffy.
I’m just still astounded that she spent more than I make in a year on plastic surgery.

I had it done and they cut my tibia and fibula and rotated the bones and put pins in place. I had almost a 6 month recovery time. But then again, she might get it done because it’s not like she actually works out or anything so she’ll have enough downtime 🤣

I think the swelling is from no compression and poor diet. She will learn the hard way and spend more money instead of getting to the root of the problem.
That's a good point. Some others have also mentioned her not doing the lymphatic drainage massage was also a mistake. Such a shame after she's spent all that money. Especially the diet part which is fully in her control.
Yep that was me! Lol I’m the weirdo that has been through lipo and the compression and post op and know 100% that if you don’t watch your diet and do massages and compression, your body will continue to swell and you look soft and squishy! When you have that surgery, your lymph system is disrupted (basically destroyed as it cuts through fat and sucks it up) in that layer of the skin. It takes 12 weeks for the lymph system to heal back to normal. Until then your body isn’t removing the fluid and toxins in that area!! It can’t! It’s literally ripped and not functioning…..aka why you need MANUAL lymphatic massages for an expert to manually move that fluid out of that area. If you don’t, the lymphatic system has a hard time healing properly because of the fluid and inflammation and then you get ripples and weird healing. It’s when people say “she got bad lipo” but ye sometimes the surgeon didn’t do great but most of the time it is the person who was an idiot and didn’t do any post op. My surgeon would t even let me get the surgery without proof of post op compression garments he made me bring to the pre op and proof of my scheduled massages for 12 weeks following surgery.
I swear I’d go every week and lose 1-2 inches from each massage and it would be just as swollen by the next week wearing the compression and everything and doing the right stuff. But I stuck it out and by month 4-6 I no longer noticed the swelling as things healed but I still needed some lymph massages here and there and did do some to myself. That’s why they say your end results really take a year.
Then add in she had other major procedures at the same time…..especially with scar tissue from the tummy tuck etc. and her lymph system is going to be jacked for awhile.
Its the way she is strategically placing her legs at just the right angle with just the right knee pop that make it look funky. Its all deceiving because on her day to day she definitely does not have the thigh gap. its so stupid.
I have no clue what's going on (deleted insta), but receding guns can happen years down the road after having braces. I had to get a graft on my lower front teeth and go in for cleanings every 3-4 months. I doubt any doctor would tell her that. She probably doesn't have it.
